2. Can I order samples ?

Yes, we do suggest you place a trial order so that you can experience both our products quality and customer service.

 

3.Do you sell other products besides the products on your website?

Yes. you may email us you products pictures and detailed information.We will try our best to meet your demands

4. What shipping method do you use?

We send order via air-express like EMS .TNT . DHL

For DHL,Only fit for the order 21KG or over

 

5. Which payment do you accept?
We only accept payment by Western Union, Bank wire transfer, .

 

6. How can I know my order status?

Once we send out the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags till you receive them.

 

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

usually ship out within two days after receiving your payment   ( a rate of  98%)

Less than 4 days (a rate 1.5%) ,

Need to change your order with other bag on our website ( the price is close )instead of the unavailable bag (a rate of less than 0.5%),

If we can not ship out within 2 days ,we will advice you at the first time

and will advice you the tracking NO.

, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Friday, Saturday & Sunday,) will maybe be shipped on Monday. The receiver will receive the bags within 5-10 days after we send them out.
